This webinar will differ from the presenter’s previous presentation on sexual landscape for NYSSCSW in November 2022, which focused on gender, by providing an updated overview of changes in dating and sexual practices in contemporary society. From dating apps, to BDSM, to polyamory, to online porn, to sex dolls and robots, to virtual partners, Dr. Knafo will take us on another tour of the current sexual landscape. She will also address ways to engage with patients on these issues, giving several case illustrations. Discussion with attendees will address the theoretical and clinical relevance of the topic. There is no prerequisite for attending this presentation.
*NYSSCSW Discount applies to NYSSCSW current members only.
**Student Discount only applies to full time students currently enrolled in social work and MHP master level programs.
Registration is now closed.
