Over the past few years, more and more apps aimed at improving couples’ relationships have been developed and made available to the public. At the same time, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has become prevalent and somewhat controversial, including AI bots that are designed to provide quasi-therapy. In this live webinar, the presenter will provide an overview of the trend of artificial intelligence (AI) in couples therapy. The first half of this webinar will be an overview of these apps and AI tools that are available to couples. The second half of the webinar will be a demo about an AI app designed to be a resource for clients who are in couples therapy, and for use in-between therapy sessions, so that the value of therapy will be increased for the couple. Please note: This workshop is being offered to provide an overview of how such clinical interventions have been incorporated into couples therapy; it is not meant to endorse any particular product.
